Job summary

InnVentures IVI LP, at Residence Inn Seattle South Renton, seeks an Assistant General Manager to lead and inspire hotel teams while upholding shared values. You will mentor staff, champion service excellence, and drive guest satisfaction accompanied by solid financial results for owners.

You will oversee operations, coach departments, and coordinate with the sales team to sustain performance and growth in a dynamic hotel environment.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years progressive hotel experience
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask and meet deadlines

Responsibilities

• Interview, hire, train, support, coach and mentor hotel departments and teams.
• Champion great service and empower employees to take care of guests.
• Cultivate guest relationships to build loyalty and satisfaction.
• Resolve guest and staff issues promptly and effectively.
• Ensure standard operating procedures are followed daily.
• Assist with benefits administration, payroll and HR tasks.
• Support sales efforts and contribute to revenue growth.
• Ensure safety and security procedures are followed.
• Conduct property inspections for cleanliness and safety.
• Plan staff meetings and daily huddles for improvement.
• Fill in for General Manager when needed.
