InnVentures IVI LP is seeking an Assistant General Manager for Residence Inn Downtown Seattle Lake Union to lead hotel teams and uphold service standards. You will coach staff, mentor teams, and drive guest satisfaction and financial performance for owners.

This full-time on-site role requires 2–3 years hotel experience, strong leadership, and effective communication. We offer competitive pay, benefits, and growth opportunities in Seattle.

Formación

• 2–3 years progressive hotel experience.
• Bachelor's Degree preferred in hospitality or related field.
• Strong communication and guest-relations skills.

Responsabilidades

• Interview, hire, train, coach and mentor hotel staff.
• Champion great service and empower employees to serve guests.
• Cultivate guest relationships to drive loyalty and satisfaction.
• Resolve guest and employee issues to their satisfaction.
• Ensure standard operating procedures are followed daily.
• Assist with benefits, payroll and HR-related tasks.
• Support proactive sales efforts with the sales team.
• Communicate emergency procedures when needed.
• Conduct property inspections for safety and cleanliness.
• Plan staff meetings and daily huddles for improvement.
• Fill in for the General Manager when required.
