Job summary

Raines Co. seeks a hands-on General Manager to lead hotel operations, drive profitability, and guide a proactive team. You will oversee front office, F&B, housekeeping, maintenance, and security while maintaining guest satisfaction and brand standards.

Established in 1988, Raines Co. is family-owned, with a culture of strong relationships and community presence. A Bachelor’s degree is preferred and experience with PMS/POS systems is expected.

Qualifications

• Minimum High school diploma, GED or equivalent.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hotel and Restaurant Management, or related major preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day hotel operations and staff; support Regional Director of Operations.
• Develop and monitor financial and operational plans to meet company objectives.
• Ensure policies, procedures and HR practices are followed; manage staffing actions as needed.
• Oversee front office, revenue, reservations, F&B, housekeeping, maintenance, and security functions to meet guest service goals.
• Develop owner relationships and communicate status reports; ensure brand standards are upheld.
