Job summary

Raines Co. is seeking a hands-on General Manager to lead hotel operations, drive profitability, and develop a high-performing team. You will oversee daily activities, implement departmental strategies, and ensure guest satisfaction while upholding brand standards.

The role requires prior GM/operational leadership experience, proficiency with PMS/POS, and strong knowledge of Microsoft 365. A high school diploma is required; a bachelor’s degree is preferred for this leadership position.

Qualifications

• Prior General Manager, Operations Manager or Assistant General Manager experience.
• Experience with brand's PMS and Point of Sales systems.
• Proficient in Microsoft 365 or similar computer applications.
• Minimum High school diploma, GED or equivalent.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hotel and Restaurant Management, or related major preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations and assignments of the hotel staff; assist the Regional Director of Operations in development and communication of departmental strategies and goals.
• Communicate and enforce policies and procedures.
• Develop, manage and foster positive owner relationships and provide status reports.
• Ensure all staff are properly trained and have necessary tools to perform duties.
• Monitor financial and operational plans to support objectives; manage front office, revenue, F&B, housekeeping, maintenance, security, sales, HR, and accounting controls.
