Job summary

RAM Hotels is seeking a General Manager for an Auburn, AL property. The GM will oversee all hotel operations, drive profitability, supervises hiring/training, and promote guest satisfaction while maintaining brand standards and company policies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or similar required.
• Hotel operations experience with knowledge of applicable laws and regulations.
• Certified Hospitality Administrator designation preferred.
• Excellent customer service skills essential.

Responsibilities

• Direct day-to-day hotel operations and supervise staff in accordance with policies and procedures.
• Set performance expectations and ensure effective communication across departments to achieve guest satisfaction and profitability.
• Maintain service standards; analyze guest feedback and financial reports to drive improvements.
• Lead sales efforts, develop marketing strategies, and foster community relations to grow occupancy and ADR.
• Uphold safety/cleanliness standards and manage preventive maintenance.
