Qualifications

• Hotel operations knowledge of laws and regulations.
• Presentation/facilitation skills preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assign duties to staff and ensure adherence to hotel policies and procedures.
• Provide training, including safety training, to staff.
• Hire staff and complete new hire paperwork and records.
• Maintain records including cash flows, reservations, and tax documents.
• Assist in sales and marketing efforts as directed.
• Perform duties of the General Manager in their absence.
