• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field.
• Hotel operations experience including knowledge of laws, regulations, and requirements.
• Certified Hospitality Administrator designation (preferred).
• Presentation/Facilitation skills (preferred).
• Excellent customer service skills.
