Unknown hotel is seeking a General Manager in Auburn, AL to lead all hotel operations and create exceptional guest experiences. You will drive revenue, manage labor and expenses, and ensure brand standards are met while cultivating strong community ties.

The role requires 3–5 years as a GM, a background in F&B or bar sales, and hands-on experience with hotel software and Marriott POS systems. Applicants should demonstrate a high-energy leadership style and a commitment to sustainable practices.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of prior Hotel General Manager experience.
• Background in Food & Beverage, Restaurant Management, and/or Bar Sales.
• Experience with hotel management software and POS systems (Marriott systems strongly preferred).
• High-energy leadership style with a strong commitment to sustainability and eco-friendly operations.
• Proven ability to lead teams, drive revenue, and attract talent in a competitive market.

• Oversee all hotel operations to ensure exceptional guest experiences and brand compliance.

• Champion internal and external communications, documentation, and recordkeeping.
• Build brand awareness and represent the hotel within the local community.
• Enhance both guest satisfaction and associate engagement and retention.
