Job summary

J&P Hospitality Management, LLC seeks a General Manager to lead daily hotel operations, drive revenue, and deliver exceptional guest experiences. You will manage staff, budgets, sales initiatives, and compliance, reporting to the Area Manager.

This on-site role requires 2-5 years GM experience, strong leadership, and knowledge of hospitality laws. Competitive salary in the $50k–$60k range plus commission eligibility, with benefits and 401(k) available.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years of General Manager experience.
• Experience in hospitality, service, restaurants, or retail.
• Proven track record in sales growth and GOP improvement.
• Strong leadership and coaching skills.
• Knowledge of local, state, and federal employment laws.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Manage the hotel according to the business plan and budget, focusing on room sales.
• Lead property-level sales initiatives to drive revenue.
• Collaborate with Sales and Revenue Manager to optimize pricing and market share.
• Oversee daily operations including staffing, guest service, safety, and compliance.
• Recruit, hire, and train team members.
