Job summary

J&P Hospitality Management, LLC is hiring a General Manager to lead hotel operations on-site. You will direct staffing, guest services, maintenance, and financial performance while ensuring an exceptional guest experience and profitability.

The role requires strong leadership, budgeting, and HR knowledge; 2–5 years GM experience preferred. Bilingual in Spanish is a plus; on-site work with a dynamic hotel team and commission eligibility.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years of General Manager experience.
• Experience in managing a single-unit business, ideally in hospitality, service, restaurants, or retail.
• Strong leadership and coaching skills.
• Familiar with local, state, and federal employment laws and HR practices.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams).
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to read, write, and communicate clearly in English; Spanish a plus.
• High School Diploma or equivalent; College degree is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Plan, direct, and coordinate all daily hotel operations.
• Oversee staffing, guest services, maintenance, and performance.
• Monitor expenses, revenues, and financial performance against budget.
• Lead, train, and develop team; ensure safety standards.
• Maintain brand and cleanliness standards; daily inspections.
• Recruit, hire, and train staff; manage payroll mechanics.
