Job summary

J&P Hospitality Management is seeking a General Manager to lead hotel operations on-site. You will drive sales, maximize revenue, and achieve GOP targets through strategic leadership of the team and close collaboration with the Area Manager, Regional Director of Sales, and Revenue Manager.

You will oversee staffing, guest service, safety, and compliance while building local partnerships and ensuring a consistent guest experience across all touchpoints.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years of General Manager experience.
• Single-unit hospitality leadership experience preferred.
• Proven ability to drive sales growth and GOP performance.
• Strong leadership, coaching, and decision-making skills.
• Knowledge of local, state, and federal employment laws and HR practices.

Responsibilities

• Direct daily hotel operations to meet business plan and budget.
• Lead property-level sales initiatives to deliver growth in room revenue.
• Collaborate with Sales and Revenue Manager on pricing and market strategies.
• Oversee front office, housekeeping, maintenance, and safety to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Recruit, train, and coach staff; manage payroll and time records.
