Midas Hospitality is seeking an experienced General Manager to lead all hotel operations and drive financial performance. The role focuses on guest satisfaction, associate development, and brand compliance across Front Office, Housekeeping, Food & Beverage, Engineering, and Sales.

Ideal candidates have prior GM/AGM or department-head experience, strong financial acumen, and a people-first leadership style. This on-site leadership role requires flexibility for weekends and holidays.
