Qualifications

• Must have hotel leadership experience at GM/AGM level.
• Strong financial acumen with P&L, budgets, forecasting experience.
• Proven ability to lead, coach, and develop diverse teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead all hotel departments (Front Office, Housekeeping, F&B, Engineering, Sales, others).
• Recruit, hire, train, coach, and recognize associates while fostering inclusion.
• Drive guest satisfaction and maintain high service standards; address escalations.
