Job summary

Giri Hotels in Raynham, MA, seeks an experienced General Manager to oversee day-to-day hotel operations at Home2 Suites Raynham. The GM will supervise staff, assist guests, and uphold service standards within budget constraints.

This full-time on-site role requires hospitality leadership, strong guest service, and effective communication to achieve profitability and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in hospitality field.
• Experience in a managerial role overseeing a team.
• Ability to communicate effectively with guests, management and staff.
• Strong customer service orientation.
• Proficiency in English.
• Will be able to work weekends and holidays.
• Willingness to learn hotel systems (PMS, OTAs, POS, Outlook).
• Must stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage all aspects of hotel operations to deliver guest satisfaction.
• Oversee Front Desk, Reservations, Housekeeping and other departments.
• Interface with guests daily and resolve concerns.
• Plan budgets, payroll, and improve systems and revenue with regional leadership.
• Monitor performance and ensure profitability.
• Ensure compliance with hotel policies and regulations.
• Coordinate with corporate departments to complete procedures.
• Support HR functions, staff development and retention.
• Develop knowledge of local market and community opportunities.
• Ensure exceptional guest experiences at all times.
