Qualifications

• At least 5-6 years progressive hotel experience.
• Bachelor's Degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead hotel sales efforts with top accounts.
• Oversee departmental operations and budget adherence.
• Conduct weekly management meetings and training.
• Monitor budget and financial performance monthly.
• Develop managers through training programs.
• Ensure guest satisfaction and safe, compliant operations.
