The role requires strategic leadership, hands-on coaching, and a focus on profitability, cost controls, and sustainable growth in a fast-paced hospitality environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in hospitality management, Business, or related field preferred.
• 3+ years of hotel management experience; experience with Hilton, IHG, or Marriott brands is a plus.
• Strong budgeting, forecasting, and revenue management skills.
• Proven ability to motivate, train, and lead a hospitality team.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and community engagement skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare annual capital, cash flow, and sales and marketing plans to forecast budgets and drive revenue.
• Utilize financial data to maximize profitability and return on investment.
• Leverage distribution channels and technology to enhance market share and revenue.
• Oversee capital plans and asset management initiatives, ensuring the property maintains its competitive position.
• Develop team member engagement programs aligned with brand service behaviors.
• Lead by example and demonstrate Maya Hotels' core values.
