Job summary

TownePlace Suites Fort Mill Hotel is seeking an Assistant General Manager to join our team and lead all hotel operations. You will focus on guest service, breakfast, front desk, housekeeping and engineering while driving profitability and guest satisfaction.

The role requires strong knowledge of all hotel departments, financial planning, and staff development. CPR/first aid training and language skills are a plus, with relocation assistance options available.

Qualifications

• High school education and relevant training/experience required.
• CPR training required; first aid training preferred.
• Additional language ability preferred.
• Comprehensive knowledge of all hotel departments and functions.
• Knowledge of health, safety and legal regulations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all hotel operations including breakfast, front desk, housekeeping and engineering.
• Develop short- and long-term financial/operational plans for guest services.
• Recruit, interview, hire, and train associates.
• Ensure policy enforcement and legal compliance across departments.
• Maintain cost controls and monitor credit and asset security.
• Respond to guest requests and resolve issues promptly.
