Job summary

Vision Hospitality Group seeks a General Manager to oversee all hotel operations, driving guest satisfaction and financial results. The role requires hands-on leadership, strategic budgeting, and active participation in Sales & Marketing efforts to elevate brand standards.

A focus on team development and community involvement is essential. The GM will implement annual budgets, train staff, and ensure adherence to Vision corporate accounting procedures while maintaining exceptional guest

Qualifications

• Must have at least one year of hotel experience; AGM or operations management preferred.
• Commitment to brand standards, Vision Hospitality Standards, and Code of Conduct.

Responsibilities

• Oversee hotel operations, including hiring, training, budgeting, sales, guest and associate satisfaction.
• Drive revenue management, reporting, and annual goals.
• Lead and develop department managers and staff.
• Ensure safety, cleanliness, and service quality across the property.
