Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and strategic planning to all departments to maximize operations and guest satisfaction.
• Champion brand and company reputation to exceed performance standards.
• Contribute to financial forecasts and budgets.
• Analyze monthly P&L with regional accounting and operations teams.
• Optimize revenues (room, F&B) to maximize profitability.
• Train and mentor staff, focusing on development and retention.
• Recruit top talent through internal and external channels.
• Attend weekly revenue meetings with regional revenue team.
• Prepare timely reports as required by company and brand policies.
• Engage in local community activities and events.
• Oversee payroll and hotel-specific accounting duties.
