Home2 Suites Ashburn is seeking a Front Office Supervisor to lead our guest services team and shape unforgettable guest experiences. You will oversee front desk operations, support staff performance, and ensure smooth daily workflows.

The role focuses on supervising shifts, coaching frontline staff, and maintaining high customer satisfaction through effective issue resolution and interdepartmental collaboration.

Formación

• Supervisory experience in hospitality or front desk operations.
• Ability to train and coach a guest services team.
• Strong customer service and issue-resolution skills.

Responsabilidades

• Supervise daily shift processes ensuring adherence to SOPs.
• Train, direct, coach and counsel front desk team members.
• Resolve guest issues promptly to maintain high service levels.
• Coordinate with housekeeping, reservations and other departments to ensure smooth operations.
• Manage cash transactions at the front desk and handle banking as required.
