Job summary

The Home2 Suites Alpharetta, part of HEI Hotels and Resorts, seeks a General Manager to lead daily hotel operations and financial performance. Youll drive service quality, cost control, and strategic initiatives across departments while building a strong team culture and guest-centric experience.

Responsibilities include directing operations, partnering with HR on staffing, overseeing sales and revenue management, and ensuring compliance with company standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of management experience, preferably in both Rooms and Food and Beverage.
• Knowledge of hotel operations, including marketing plans, security and safety programs, personnel and labor relations, preparation of business plans, repairs, maintenance, budget forecasting, quality assurance programs, hospitality law, and long-range planning.

Responsibilities

• Lead, supervise, and direct the operations and financial activities of the hotel.
• Tour and visually inspect property daily; monitor condition, cleanliness, cost control, and service quality.
• Travel to corporate meetings and participate in committee work such as Research, Development and Standards.
• Aid Human Resources with associate issues and performance evaluations; hire, train, and discipline as needed.
• Develop and delegate improvement plans for operation and review management performance.
• Participate in community relations and promote the property and HEI Hotels and Resorts.
• Engage with clients to promote the hotel and support Sales and Revenue Management activities.
• Guide executives and staff to make sound business decisions; manage financial objectives.
