Holiday Inn Express and Suites is seeking an experienced Hotel Manager to take charge and manage the hotel with pride of ownership. You will lead a culture of excellence and cleanliness, guiding staff to work as a cohesive team and responding to guest needs with proactive problem-solving.

The GM will oversee daily operations, manage budgets, analyze financials, and prepare reports. You will be a key reference for employees, clients, and external partners, fostering a reputation for outstanding

Qualificações

• Proven experience as Hotel Manager or relevant role.
• Fluency in English; other languages are a plus.
• Understanding of hotel management best practices and relevant laws.
• Working knowledge of MS Office and PMS software.
• Excellent customer service skills with leadership ability.

Responsabilidades

• Supervise work at all levels (front desk, kitchen staff, housekeeping, maintenance) and set clear objectives.
• Plan activities and allocate responsibilities to achieve the most efficient operating model.
• Manage budgets/expenses, analyze and interpret financial information and monitor sales and profits.
• Develop and implement an intuitive and efficient marketing strategy to promote the hotel’s services.
• Communicate with customers when appropriate (welcome them in the facilities, address their complaints, find solutions).
• Deal with maintenance issues, shortages in staff or equipment, renovations etc.
• Collaborate with external parties such as suppliers, travel agencies, event/conference planners etc.
• Inspect facilities regularly and enforce strict compliance with health and safety standards.
