Responsibilites include HR, safety, quality, and community relations while upholding brand standards and the Stay Rewarded program for guests and staff. Occasional travel applies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Experience leading a small team in hotel/guest-facing operations is preferred.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills essential.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and execution of strategies to drive the hotel's success and long-term goals.
• Oversee HR activities including hiring, training, and scheduling for a small team.
• Ensure safety protocols are followed to protect guests, staff, and property.
• Maintain high quality standards across all areas to optimize guest experience.
• Oversee maintenance and upkeep to keep the property in top condition.
• Build positive relationships with the local community and promote the Stay Rewarded program.
• Support sales and marketing efforts to improve occupancy and brand presence.
• Make informed decisions impacting operations, staff, and guests.
• Communicate effectively to keep staff informed and motivated.
• Be ready to perform any hotel role as needed (front desk, housekeeping, etc.).
