ARK is seeking a Hotel General Manager to lead Everhome Suites Bozeman’s operations, drive financial success, guest satisfaction, and team development. This hands-on leader must be proactive with 24/7 availability to ensure excellence across all departments.

The role requires experience as a hotel manager or department manager, strong MS Office skills, and the ability to manage budgets while maintaining high service standards in a busy Montana property.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; hospitality advanced education preferred.
• Experience as hotel manager or department manager required.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint).
• Able to lift up to 25 pounds occasionally.
• Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform essential functions.
• Ability to read, write, analyze, and interpret business materials.

Responsibilities

• Perform administrative duties, such as payroll, bank deposits, and completing operational checklists.
• Recruit, train, and mentor hotel staff, fostering a culture of growth and teamwork.
• Conduct daily check-ins with department teams and lead training meetings to uphold service standards.
• Oversee daily operations, including room bookings, event planning, and maintenance.
• Manage budgets, maximize revenue, and maintain financial and statistical records.
• Be present on property during shift changes to communicate priorities and support the team.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and licensing standards.
