This role oversees daily operations, manages staff and scheduling, maintains customer service and reviews, handles profit and loss, coordinates with front desk, housekeeping and maintenance, and leads hiring and training across departments.

Qualifications

• 3 years hotel management experience.
• IHG experience preferred.
• Must have IHG experience & Hotel key system

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily business operations.
• Manage staff and delegate responsibility as needed, scheduling.
• Maintain excellent customer service & customer reviews.
• Manage profit and loss figures.
• Communicate with front desk, housekeeping, and maintenance.
• Training and hiring new employee in all department.
• Flexibility to work when someone calls in and work 2 to 3 days on front desk.
• Check rooms, walk the property, check all storage rooms.
