The Talent Shop is seeking a General Manager for our upscale, farm-to-table restaurant in Staunton, Virginia. You will lead daily operations, drive financial performance, and ensure an exceptional guest experience while upholding local, sustainable food practices.

Collaborating with the Director of Operations, you will recruit and develop team members, manage marketing efforts, and maintain brand standards across all departments. A leadership-centric, results-driven approach is essential.

The General Manager will help ensure an exceptional guest experience, foster a positive and productive work environment, manage daily operations, and assist with human resource functions.
