Qualifications

• Proficiency in Windows OS, approved spreadsheets, and word processing software.
• Valid driver's license in the applicable state.

Responsibilities

• Interact with guests and staff in a friendly, courteous, service-oriented manner.
• Maintain regular attendance and adherence to brand standards.
• Ensure adherence to operative standards and safety/certification requirements.
• Collaborate with sales to discuss prospecting and business opportunities.
• Lead hotel sales activities, meet top clients, host events, and build key accounts.
• Oversee financial reporting accuracy and timely processing of invoices.
