HRI Hospitality is seeking a General Manager to lead hotel operations at a high‑performing property. You will oversee Front Office, Housekeeping, Engineering, and F&B as applicable, while mentoring department heads and ensuring guest satisfaction.

You will drive revenue, occupancy, and cost-control strategies, align with ownership and brand standards, and report on financial performance. Strong leadership and strategic thinking are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in hotel management.
• Minimum 3–5 years in hotel management, GM or AGM preferred.
• Experience with financial reporting, budgeting, and revenue strategies.

Responsabilités

• Oversee all hotel operations including Front Office, Housekeeping, and Engineering.
• Lead and develop department heads; ensure guest satisfaction and service standards.
• Drive revenue and occupancy strategies with Sales and Revenue Management.
• Manage budgeting, forecasting, and expense control; review financial reports.
