General Manager - Garnet Hotels LLC is seeking an experienced, results-driven leader to oversee daily operations at our City Express by Marriott property in New Orleans, Louisiana.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hotel operations, revenue management, guest satisfaction, and team leadership. We seek a hands-on leader who can drive profitability, uphold Marriott standards, and ensure excellence across all departments.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of hotel operations, budgeting, forecasting, revenue management, and expense control.
• Proven ability to improve guest satisfaction, operational efficiency, and hotel profitability.
• Excellent leadership, communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily hotel operations, including front desk, housekeeping, maintenance, and guest services.
• Ensure compliance with Marriott brand standards, SOPs, and regulations.
• Recruit, train, coach, and supervise hotel associates.
• Maintain staffing levels and productivity across departments.
• Prepare and review regular property inspections for cleanliness and safety.
• Drive revenue growth through pricing, occupancy management, and sales strategies.
