Job summary

Raines Co. is seeking a dynamic General Manager to lead hotel operations, drive profitability, and mentor a diverse team. You will steer front office, F&B, housekeeping, maintenance, security and sales while upholding brand standards and asset protection.

The role requires prior GM/ops experience, strong PMS/POS knowledge, and proficiency with Microsoft 365. This on-site position offers comprehensive benefits and a culture that rewards excellence.

Qualifications

• Prior General Manager/Operations Manager or Assistant General Manager experience.
• Experience with brand's PMS and Point of Sales systems.
• Proficient in Microsoft 365 or similar computer applications.
• Minimum High school diploma, GED or equivalent.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hotel and Restaurant Management, or related major preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day hotel operations and staff.
• Develop, communicate and enforce departmental strategies and goals.
• Manage staffing, salary decisions, and HR actions per policy.
• Assist in financial and operational planning to meet objectives.
• Oversee front office, revenue, F&B, housekeeping, maintenance, security and sales to standards.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hotel and Restaurant Management, or related major
