Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent education/experience.
• 3–5 years Hotel General Manager experience required.
• Hotel branded experience highly preferred.
• Ability to lead revenue and sales disciplines.
• Flexible scheduling including evenings, nights, and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all hotel operations to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Manage staff, budgets, profitability, and reputation of the hotel.
• Report to the Regional Director or Vice President.
