Qualifications

• Prior GM experience in major hotel brands or 3+ years in rooms/operations or sales leadership.
• Ability to de-escalate distressed staff/guests to achieve best outcomes.
• Ability to learn systems technology and adapt to new tools.
• Professionalism and presenting skills essential.
• Hospitality certifications; CHA/CHRM/CHSP a plus.
