This role requires strong P&L acumen, team leadership, and the ability to collaborate with regional accounting and operations. A track record with major brands and hospitality certifications is preferred.

• Leadership of hotel operations across departments to maximize service quality and profitability.
• Strong financial acumen with ability to analyze monthly P&L and forecasts.
• Proven track record in recruiting, training, coaching and retaining top talent.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and strategic planning to all hotel departments to maximize operations and guest satisfaction.
• Champion brand and company reputation to exceed performance standards.
• Contribute to financial forecasts and budgets and optimize revenues (room, F&B) for profitability.
• Analyze monthly P&L with regional accounting and operations teams.
• Recruit, train, mentor, and develop a high-performing team.
• Attend revenue meetings and report to leadership as required.
• Manage hotel accounting duties including payroll with timeliness and accuracy.
