• Financial performance: Help manage budgets, control costs, and ensure the hotel meets or exceeds financial goals and profitability objectives.
• Human Resources: Assist with HR functions like new hire orientations and ensuring compliance with company policies.
• Leadership and strategy: Implement property-wide strategies and lead by example to motivate staff and drive commitment to the hotel's goals. Hands-on leadership is required.
