The role requires leading marketing efforts to drive occupancy, managing budgets and team performance, and maintaining brand standards across all hotel functions in Irving, TX.

Qualifications

• Experience as GM or Assistant GM in hospitality.
• Strong leadership and conflict resolution.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Professional demeanor with guest service focus.
• Willingness to work all shifts, including weekends.
• Must meet grooming standards.

• Maintain compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.
• Ensure all required reports on revenue, expenses, and operations are submitted timely.

Compensation: $55,000 - $75,000 yearly
