Highgate Hotels is seeking a Room Attendant at Residence Inn Exton to maintain clean, welcoming guestrooms and provide attentive service to all guests. This hourly position requires thorough cleaning to standards and good teamwork.

You will restock supplies, handle housekeeping carts, report maintenance issues, and support guest satisfaction. We offer a comprehensive benefits package for full-time associates and a structured work environment.

Qualifications

• Must be able to effectively communicate both verbally and in writing with guests and employees.
• Ability to stand during entire shift and lift up to 50 pounds as needed.
• Previous housekeeping experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Thoroughly clean guestrooms according to standards.
• Complete pre-cleaning duties, restock supplies, and prepare housekeeping carts.
• Remove trash and dirty linen from guestrooms and hallways.
• Keep hallways, public areas and closets clean and organized.
• Restock cleaning cart for next day's use and replenish chemicals.
• Report missing items to Housekeeping Supervisor/Manager.
• Report maintenance issues promptly.
• Handle Lost and Found items according to standards.
• Ensure overall guest satisfaction.
