Job summary

Highgate Hotels seeks a Night Auditor at Residence Inn Exton to reconcile cashier transactions and generate management reports. You will communicate issues to management, assist with check-in/check-out, and support reservations as needed.

The role requires basic financial literacy, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work late or overnight shifts. This is a full-time, on-site position at Exton, PA.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent and/or one year of progressive experience in a hotel or related field required.
• Guest Service Experience preferred.
• Computer knowledge/skills required.
• Flexible and long hours sometimes required.

Responsibilities

• Audit and reconcile financial and statistical reports.
• Perform guest services functions as required (check-in/out, reservations).
• Prepare and distribute necessary daily reports (Daily Operating Report, Tax Reports).
• Prepare and distribute month-end reports.
• Audit and reconcile Front Desk and Food & Beverage Cashier’s work.
• Audit, reconcile, consolidate, and transmit all credit cards on a timely basis.
• Maintain accuracy of numbers reported including statistics.
• Input and update financial information into corporate communications network.
