Job summary

Residence Inn Exton, a Highgate Hotels property, is seeking a House Attendant to maintain cleanliness across assigned areas and assist with guest services, including luggage delivery and express checkout tasks.

The role involves cleaning guestrooms, handling Lost and Found items, and supporting emergency procedures while ensuring guest satisfaction. This is an on-site position at the Exton location with a focus on service excellence.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent preferred or experience in hotel-related field.
• Ability to stand during entire shift and lift up to 100 lbs occasionally, 50 lbs frequently, and up to 20 lbs constantly.

Responsibilities

• Buff marble floors daily according to hotel standards.
• Shampoo carpets in public areas and furniture as needed.
• Deliver items to guestrooms and assist guests with luggage.
• Assist in Lost and Found according to hotel standards.
• Clean guestrooms and maintain equipment and areas.
• Know emergency procedures and assist accordingly.
• Complete special projects from Housekeeping Manager.
• Ensure guest satisfaction.
