You'll manage front office operations, coordinate with other departments, and guide the team to maintain service standards across shifts, including night audit support. The position requires supervisory experience and a commitment to HHM core values.

Responsibilities

• Oversee hotel operations in absence of GM and during off-peak times.
• Lead recruiting, training, scheduling and coaching of front office staff.
• Coordinate with department managers to ensure smooth operation.
• Resolve guest issues and monitor service quality across shifts.
• Supervise night audit and assist, as needed.
