Job summary

HHM Hotels seeks a Front Office Manager to lead our hotel front desk operations in line with guest service standards and sustainability goals.

In this role you will interview, train, and coach associates, oversee budgets and forecasts, and ensure compliance with accounting controls while maintaining high guest satisfaction and brand standards. The position requires standing and heavy guest-facing duties.

Qualifications

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 2 to 5 years hospitality related experience.

Responsibilities

• Interview, select, train, schedule, coach and support associates, ensuring brand standards.
• Improve guest satisfaction scores and overall department performance.
• Monitor front office financials and ensure proper controls.
• Develop and monitor department budgets and forecasts; review and approve capital items.
• Supervise guest services department managers.
• Review guest communications and incident logs; direct staff accordingly.
• Oversee vendor and personnel contracts.
• Manage occupancy to minimize overbooking.
• Create action plans to address service deficiencies.
• Follow EarthView sustainability guidelines.
• Follow MSDS and OSHA safety standards.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
