The role requires supervisory experience, a high school diploma, and a valid driver’s license, with certifications such as Food Handlers or CPR considered a plus.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• 2–3 years of progressive hotel or related field experience.
• Supervisory experience preferred.
• Must have a valid driver’s license.
• Certification requirements may include Food Handlers, Alcohol Awareness, CPR, and First Aid.

Responsibilities

• Guest experience: greet guests warmly, ensure smooth check-ins/check-outs, handle VIP requests.
• Operations: track logs, manage messages and packages, maintain professional standards and speed.
• Revenue & rate: monitor rates, packages, and promotions to boost room revenue while maintaining value.
• Team leadership: train associates, lead by example, address guest concerns and maintain safety and standards.
