Job summary

Embassy Suites by Hilton Cincinnati RiverCenter in Covington, KY seeks a Housekeeping Supervisor to lead daily operations and a team of room attendants. You will ensure clean, safe, and welcoming environments, and report to the Housekeeping Manager when needed.

The ideal candidate has 2–3 years in a hotel setting with supervisory experience, strong organization, and a passion for guest comfort and operational excellence.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required; college coursework is a plus.
• 2-3 years in hotel or related field is required; supervisory experience preferred.
• Ability to lead a team, maintain standards, and manage safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily housekeeping operations with inspections, reports, and productivity checks.
• Lead and train Room Attendants and House Attendants with clear communication.
• Handle safety duties, lost-and-found, and key control with privacy in mind.

KEY SKILLS/RESPONSIBILITIES

• Operations Boss: Oversee daily housekeeping operations with precision —inspections, reports, and productivity checks are your jam. You make sure everything runs smoothly and up to standard.
• Team Captain: Lead and inspire Room Attendants and House Attendants with clear communication, hands-on training, and a positive vibe that keeps the team motivated and on point.
• Safety & Security Pro: Handle lost-and-found items with care, maintain key control, and manage access to sensitive areas like master keys, storage rooms, and secure files—all while keeping safety top of mind.
• Cleanliness Champion: Set the bar high for sanitation and cleanliness across all facilities and equipment. You’re the reason everything looks fresh, feels safe, and exceeds expectations.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE

• High School diploma or equivalent; college coursework in a related field is a plus.
• 2-3 years of experience in a hotel or related field is required.
• Previous supervisory experience preferred.
