Embassy Suites by Hilton Cincinnati RiverCenter in Covington, KY, is seeking a Front Desk Supervisor to lead a guest-focused team focused on smooth check-ins, VIP handling, and memorable service.

You will train associates, manage reservations, messages and packages, and uphold safety and standards while driving guest satisfaction and room revenue.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• 2-3 years progressive experience in a hotel or related field required.
• Previous supervisory experience preferred.
• Must have a valid driver’s license.
• Compliance with certification requirements may include Food Handlers, Alcohol Awareness, CPR, and First Aid.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
