Battery Wharf Hotel in Boston, MA is seeking a Front Desk Supervisor to oversee daily front desk operations on an hourly basis. The role requires strong guest service, effective communication, and the ability to work 2 overnight shifts weekly, including weekends and holidays.

The ideal candidate will have prior front desk and supervisory experience, be able to manage check-in procedures, and supervise staff while maintaining brand standards and a positive guest experience.

Qualifications

• Two years combined prior front desk and supervisor experience.
• Must be able to work weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests with a friendly, clear communication.
• Register guests using the computer system and assist with check-in.
• Answer phones in fluent English and relay messages.
• Manage group arrivals and assist with pre-arrival packets.
• Train new agents and ensure PMS system compliance.
• Monitor attendance and reinforce company policies.
