Two years of front desk and supervisory experience are preferred. You must be available for weekends and holidays, with occasional overnight shifts as part of a dynamic front office team.

Qualifications

• Two years combined front desk and supervisor experience.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests with a friendly welcome and provide accurate information.
• Handle check-in/out using the PMS system and manage room assignments.
• Answer calls in English and relay messages to guests.
• Assist with arrivals, pre-arrival packets, and group bookings.
• Train new agents and monitor attendance to maintain standards.
