Job summary

White Lodging is seeking a Front Desk Agent in Louisville, KY to welcome and register hotel guests, manage reservations, and ensure a seamless check-in/check-out experience. The role requires strong communication, a customer-first mindset, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced hotel setting.

Prior hospitality experience is helpful but not required, and flexibility for long hours, weekends, and holidays is expected.

Responsibilities

• Provide the highest quality of service to guests, anticipating and exceeding their expectations.
• Check guests in and out efficiently and in a friendly manner.
• Understand and follow all cash handling and accounting procedures.
• Develop knowledge of hotel staff, services, hours of operation, room locations, rates, amenities, and surroundings.
• Assist in maintaining the cleanliness of the lobby and entrance.
• Ensure security and confidentiality of all guest and hotel information.
• Respond to and resolve guest concerns or complaints.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
