Schulte Hospitality Group is seeking a dynamic, service-oriented Guest Service Representative to join our team at a property in Louisville. You will greet guests, assist with check-in and inquiries, and ensure a smooth, welcoming experience from arrival to departure.

The role requires strong communication, basic computer skills, and the ability to handle cash and maintain PII data securely. Availability on Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays for the first or second shift is preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year in Front Desk Operations.
• Available Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays for the first or second shift.
• In-depth knowledge of hotel Front Desk operations.
• High School education or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Greets guests as they arrive with personal recognition.
• Reviews arrival lists daily and assists in preparing amenities.
• Escort VIPs to rooms and check them in prior to arrival.
• Answer the telephone promptly with a smile and answer questions.
• Count bank at beginning and end of shift and report cash variances.
• Keep front desk area clean and organized.
• Handle guest PPI data following proper procedures.
• Follow check-in/check-out procedures and obtain IDs and payment methods.
