Job summary

Town Pump Hotel Group is seeking a motivated Hotel Front Desk Agent to deliver genuine hospitality and drive room sales. You will greet guests, manage check‑in/check‑out, handle reservations, and process payments with accuracy.

You will be responsible for explaining amenities, closing inquiries, and maintaining brand standards. Occasional support for breakfast or housekeeping tasks may be required, with training and certifications provided.

Qualifications

• Experience with guests and delivering high‑quality service.
• Experience with a computer, data entry, multi‑line phone systems, and cash handling/credit card transactions preferred.
• Strong communication, punctuality, and ability to work with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and handle check‑in/check‑out, billing, reservations, phone transfers and other front desk tasks.
• Sell hotel rooms over the phone and in person, explain amenities and close inquiries.
• Adhere to brand standards, train/certifications, and front office checklists.
• Maintain cash control, secure master keys and cash drawer.
• Complete sales reviews to identify potential leads.
• Support housekeeping or breakfast duties as needed.
