Town Pump Inc. seeks a Hotel Front Desk Agent to warmly greet guests, manage check-in/check-out, reservations, and billing while promoting hotel services. You will handle phone transfers and guest inquiries with a focus on genuine hospitality and elevating the guest experience.

The role requires familiarity with computer systems, cash handling, and multi-line phones; training and adherence to Town Pump standards are expected to ensure smooth operations and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Experience using a computer and data entry.
• Experience with cash handling and credit card transactions.
• Courteous, professional communication with guests and teammates.

Responsabilités

• Greet guests and complete check-in/check-out, billing, reservations, and phone transfers to meet standards.
• Sell hotel rooms over the phone and in person, explain amenities and close inquiries.
• Maintain front desk area, keys and cash control with accuracy and confidentiality.
• Complete required training and the front desk checklist to ensure guest satisfaction.
