Job summary

Town Pump Hotel Group is seeking a motivated Hotel Front Desk Agent to deliver genuine hospitality and assist guests with check-in, check-out, reservations, and billing. The role emphasizes selling hotel rooms over the phone and in person, with a focus on exemplary guest service and adherence to brand standards.

Ideal candidates will have experience with multi-line phone systems, data entry, and cash handling, and will maintain confidentiality while supporting daily front desk operations.

Qualifications

• Greet guests and handle check-in/check-out, billing, reservations, and transfers per brand standards.
• Knowledge of hotel operations, computer use, data entry, multi-line phone system, and cash/credit card handling preferred.
• Communicate professionally with guests and teammates; be punctual and flexible with schedules.
• Maintain confidentiality and security of guest, company, and property information.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and process check-ins/check-outs, billing, reservations, and transfers.
• Maintain front desk organization and cleanliness, and follow daily front office checklists.
• Sign out and secure master keys; maintain cash control and secure drawer.
• Post incidental charges to guest rooms (fax, pet, cleaning, etc.) and report issues.
• Assist with breakfast service, cleaning, or laundry as needed.
• Sell hotel rooms over the phone and in person and seek sales leads.
